Instrumentation and Control Research Group Engineering Physics ITB will perform “Workshop Embedded Model Predictive Control (MPC)” in Wednesday, May 14th 2008 from 08.30 until 16.00 in Meeting Room 2nd floor Labtek VI building. The workshop will consists two session, 1st session will be performed at 08.30-12.00 and 2nd session will be performed 13.00-16.00. The topic in 2nd session is continuation from 1st session.
Model Predictive Control (MPC) has become an established control technology owing to its advantageous feature in solving problems with physical constraints. Its use has now been expanded in a variety of industries and its applications are currently being extended to miniaturized devices and/or embedded systems. Reconfigurable hardware is a promising platform for deploying embedded MPC solution to applications which require flexibility and short design cycle.
This seminar program is for people who have an interest in control engineering, embedded systems, science, mathematics, programming, and engineering applications. It is aimed to acquaint participants with the embedded systems, Model Predictive Control, and the variety applications of it.
